1. Quotes and enquiries
Submitting our online quote form is a request for a quote — it is not a confirmed booking. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Any known fees or surcharges will be shown in the quote.
2. How a booking is confirmed
A booking is confirmed once we receive a 20% deposit and email confirmation from us. Until both of those are in place, dates are not reserved. We may decline or reasonably amend a booking where it is impractical, unsafe or cannot be provided as quoted.
3. Payment
The remaining balance is due by bank transfer at least 7 days before travel, unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. Cash or card payment may be accepted before or at the end of the trip where agreed. Mobile reception can be limited in the South West — if card payment cannot be processed on the day, payment must be made by bank transfer within 48 hours.
A 20% surcharge may apply to pickups or drop-offs before 6 am or after 8 pm. A 10% surcharge may apply on WA public holidays.
4. Changes and extras
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change a pickup time, route, passenger numbers, luggage or bikes. Extra passengers, luggage, bikes, stops, distance or waiting time may incur an additional charge, which we will discuss with you where practical.
5. Waiting time
The first 30 minutes of waiting time is included. Further waiting time is charged at $40 per 30 minutes. After 60 minutes of total waiting time, a customer may be treated as a no-show and the full quoted amount remains payable.
6. Passengers, luggage and children
Our vehicle carries up to 12 passengers. Actual capacity depends on the amount of luggage, bikes and equipment carried — please disclose these when requesting a quote so we can plan the load correctly. A trailer may be available for excess luggage or bikes at an additional cost.
Child seats and boosters can be provided when requested in advance. Parents and guardians remain responsible for confirming that the requested seat is suitable for their child. Baby capsules are not provided unless specifically agreed.
