Start with your section, not your shuttle
Before you think about transport, sketch the section you want to walk and how many nights you're comfortable carrying. The southern Bibbulmun is generous — you can enjoy a two-day taste or a two-week traverse — and the right shuttle depends on where you'll finish, not where you'll start.
If you're new to the track, we'll happily talk through options over the phone. Locals often steer you toward quieter, greener sections you might otherwise miss.
Book your shuttle early in peak season
September through November and again March through May are our busiest months. Long weekends fill fast. Get in touch at least two to three weeks ahead if you can — earlier for groups of four or more.
For shorter notice we'll always try to make it work. A quick message with your dates, party size, pack count and preferred trailheads lets us give you a straight answer the same day.
Plan food drops the easy way
For anything longer than four or five days, a mid-walk food drop turns your pack from punishing to pleasant. We can meet you at a road-accessible campsite with your resupply box, a hot coffee and a friendly hello.
Pack food into a single sturdy tub or dry bag labelled with your name and the pickup date. We'll store it dry and cool until the handover.
Car relocations and one-way walks
If you'd rather leave your car at the finish, we can shuttle you from there to your starting trailhead. It's the simplest way to walk one-way without worrying about the return.
Bring a spare key in a labelled envelope and we'll take care of the rest — including a quick check that your car is safely parked before we leave.
Our recommendations
A few favourites, from us to you
Balingup to Donnelly River (2 days)
A gentle, forested introduction to the track with a night at the historic mill village. Great first Bibbulmun.
Donnelly River to Pemberton (5–6 days)
Karri giants, quiet creeks and one of the most beautiful stretches of the whole track. Our most requested food-drop route.
Northcliffe to Walpole (7–9 days)
Wild coast, tingle forest and the famous Long Gully bridge. Best paired with a one-way shuttle from Walpole.
Local tips
Little things that make a big difference
- Save our number in your phone before you head out — reception is patchy but usable at most trailheads.
- Tell us your PLB or Garmin details if you carry one; we log it against your booking just in case.
- Winter walks are magic but muddy — allow an extra hour per day for softer tracks.
- Leave a set of clean clothes and shoes with us for the finish line. Small thing, huge morale boost.
However you're planning to walk, we'll help you piece it together with care. Send us a message with your dates and we'll come back to you personally — no bots, no call centre.
